The Badger and The Cowboy are the nicknames of Bernard Hinault and Greg LeMond respectively. During the Tours of 1985 and 1986 they fought a fierce and absolutely epic battle for the yellow jersey at the Tour de France. Although they were teammates, they were also each other's most formidable opponents, one time giving up everything for each other's victory and the other time seeming to stab each other in the back. Legendary riders and times!
This mug is a great homage to that epic duel and to one of the most iconic cycling team jerseys of that era.
